What is a compressed t-shirt?
A compressed t-shirt is a t-shirt that has been compacted into a small shape with an insert card on top and wrapped in shrink wrap. For more information, please click here.
What is an insert card?
An insert card is a piece of paper cut to tech shape of one of the custom compressed shapes. It is printed with your logo or marketing message and placed on the compressed t-shirt and secured there with shrink wrap. The insert card is a great marketing tool as it can be used for a variety of applications such as logo placement, provide information about a product, coupons, sign up sheets, concert tour dates, sport schedules and surveys. The option also exists to have them replaced with stickers or other flat items such as CD's, DVD's or booklets. You can also add a second insert card to the other side of the compressed t-shirt if you like!
What type of shirts do you use?
We use 100% cotton white Alstyle shirts but other colours are available as an upgrade.
How will I know the sizes of the shirts once after they have been compressed?
We will print tech size of the t-shirt on tech insert card.
How many shapes are available?
There are approximately 425 different options available.
Can you do custom shapes?
Yes, customs shapes are available.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for screen printed compressed t-shirts is 144 however, we do offer smaller minimums for digitally printed shirts.
What is the production time?
The production time is typically 15 to 20 business days.
Can you do screen printing only?
Yes! Production time is much shorter for screen printed (non-compressed) t-shirts. Please email or call for a free quote.
Can we send you shirts already screen printed to be compressed?
Sorry, we can do the complete compressed t-shirts and print only t-shirts but not compression only.
Do you have stock art we can use?
Yes, there is stock art or most of the shapes offered.
Will you help us with tech design of our shirt and/or paper insert?
If you do not have artwork we will be happy to work with you to create a unique design.
